activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any
activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful.

Order
Policy
For same day processing, orders should be placed by 3:00PM
(PST) Orders placed after 3:00PM (PST) will be processed the following
business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00PM (PST) will be processed on
Monday (next business day). Some items such as custom-size HDD DVR system may
not be available for shipping for same day due to time for installation and
testing. Call 1-951-343-3393 and talk to sales department for details.
Our site is hosted on a 128-bit (SSL) encrypted server, which is the industry
standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal
information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot
be read as the information travels over the Internet.
All personal information is kept private and used
exclusively to successfully process your order. To ensure discreet shipping and
privacy all packages shipped from ShopAVS.com will
be labeled ShopAVS.com on the
outside of the shipping package.
Please provide accurate billing and shipping information
along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your
order and to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the
Billing and Shipping address is correct before finalizing your order to avoid
delays!

Cancellation
Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us
immediately. Request to cancel your order must be made within 12 hours of the
time the order was placed. Otherwise a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 10%
(whichever is greater) will be charged. A cancellation fee will also be charged
if your order is returned to us because of incorrect address provided or is
refused upon delivery.
*Standard Cancellation Policy does not Apply to
"Express" Shipping Orders.
Changes or cancellation must made by the following business day of placing your
order before 10:00AM PST Changes or cancellation made after 10AM PST
will be charged $30.00 per item.
We will not accept any returns without the Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
YOU MUST CONTACT US Before you return items. Please
read our Return Policy.
Payment
Options
We accept the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google and Amazon payments. Your Credit Card
Charge will appear as ShopAVS.com / AVS Systems.
We don't accept Cashier's Check, Money Order or Personal
Check.
Closeout Items
All sales are final on Closeout Items! (NO RETUNABLE)
** Customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (i.e.
incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, duty for international
customer, etc.).
WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Warranty Terms
·
ShopAVS.com product warranty is extended only to the
original purchaser.
·
The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship
by the manufacturer and does not cover damages resulting from normal usage or
the user's negligence. Water damaged and burned circuit (due to using wrong
power voltage) will not be covered by our warranty.
·
Accessories are not covered under warranty. They are sold
"as is".
·
Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
·
We do not accept any Return or Exchange on following Items: All
Closeout Items.
·
All exchanges must be received by ShopAVS.com within 30 days
of the purchase invoice date.
·
ShopAVS.com will not provide a refund - only
store credit is allowed.
·
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
·
ShopAVS.com will charge a 20.0% restocking fee for all
returned items.
·
Requests for product repair or replacement will be processed
in approximately 1 to 2 weeks upon ShopAVS.com's receipt of the product.
·
There are no advanced replacements.
·
Exchange or return will not be accepted unless pre-authorize
by our RMA department. Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number must be made with in 3 business days from receipt of order
·
We must receive return merchandise
within 7 business days after RMA Number has been issued. Return
freight charges are prepaid by customer. Collect shipments will be
refused.

ShopAVS.com will only provide an exchange for a product that
(1) is in its original condition, (2) contains all accompanying parts, and (3)
is unopened in its original package.
·
Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original
factory condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that are not in
original factory condition. The return item must have the original hairnet,
labels and tags still attached and undamaged. Items altered in any way will not
be accepted. Do not mark, tape or attach anything which may cause damage to the
original packaging box. Damaged packaging box will not be accepted for return.

The repaired or replaced product will be returned to the purchaser
by ShopAVS.com within US only (Except AK, HI) by UPS ground only with
no exceptions. Please ensure that the return address is
deliverable by UPS (P.O. Box return addresses will not be accepted).
·
In the event the customer's product (delivered via UPS, Fed
Ex, DHL, or USPS) is returned or refused by ShopAVs.com, the customer is
responsible for all shipping and handling charges without any exceptions. This
also applies to all verbal and written orders.
Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA )
In the event that you wish
to exchange or return your purchase, please thoroughly read the following. You
must adhere to the policy or your request for exchange or return will be
denied. In order to have your merchandise repaired or replaced under
